Our client – Norwegian company – has already the center for sales and distribution of electrical installation material, LED lighting and accessories in FEZ industrial zone in Klaipėda. Today they have ambitious goal - to build up the production flow from zero and offer unique opportunity for PRODUCTION MANAGER to participate in the development of the production company from the very beginning.

Core responsibilities:

- Take over the knowledge of company’s products production technology and standarts;
- Plan and create infrastructure for production lines;
- Build up production flow from zero;
- Organize smooth, efficient and safe production to meet specifications, quality standarts and deadlines;
- Monitor production to resolve issues;
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.);
- Lead and ensure the engagement of the production team (up to 10 people).

We do expect from you:

- Proven experience and knowledge of production management;
- Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations, LEAN;
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills;
- Strong communication, decision-making skills and a results-driven approach;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software;
- Degree in engineering, production or relevant field is preferred.

Siūlomas atlyginimas (bruto): Starting from 2600 Eur gross monthly salary, meeting your skills and professional experience. Salary audit after 6/12 months.
