Responsibility areas can include:
- Leading independently the customer projects / serial production cases.
- Managing the signed customers – building customer excellence.
- Ensuring fluent communications and forecast with to customers, suppliers, other internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing customer Request of Quotations (RFQ).
- Building Bill of Materials (BOM) and understanding the specifications.
- Quotation cost breakdown analysis / comparisons.
- Design for Manufacture & Assembly reviews.
- Handling daily purchasing and sales operations for projects.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience of project management /purchasing / sourcing / supplier development experience for 5+ years.
- Strong Supply chain and manufacturing experience within mechanical engineering / industrial / machine building industry.
- Understanding engineering drawings and best practices with revision control & change management.
- Masters or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Fluent English both written and spoken, other languages like Finnish, Lithuanian, Swedish, Russian are considered as bonus.
- Take care of on time-deliveries and quality.
- Strong communication skills with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, other 3rd party partners).
- Quality and precision-oriented mindset and willingness to seek new solutions.
- Flexibility to react new situation and able to adapt new business / operation concepts.
- Able to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-management and Team work skills.
Siūlomas atlyginimas (bruto): From 3200 EUR gross (depending on the experience)
