ROSHEN product range consists of more than 320 different kinds of candies which are produced in 7 factories located in 3 countries: Ukraine, Lithuania and Hungary.

ROSHEN NORD – ROSHEN branch in Vilnius, Lithuania – is a European sales site of the ROSHEN Corporation. This branch is mainly responsible for sales and brand development in the Baltics. Currently we have an open position to fill the role of Sales Analyst.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

- Performing data analytics and business analysis.
- Developing and executive sales planning and strategy.
- Implementing accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting, sales plans and reports.
- Planing, analyzing and reviewing existing incentive plans and creating new incentive plans for distributors.
- Working with team to provide timely analysis.
- Creating training contents of incentives and recognition's and communicating to stakeholders.
- Monitoring sales performance and forecasting trends.
- Executing other related tasks.

We expect from you:

- University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics.
- High level of proficiency in EXCEL.
- Above average level of proficiency in PowerPoint (ability to portray data in PowerPoint).
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian plus English or Russian.
- Proven track record that demonstrates a strong Analytical ability.
- 2-3 Years experience as an Analyst (Sales Retail or FMCG background).
- Experience with AC Nielsen data will be considered a plus.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Attention to details.
