Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team. We are hiring PPC Specialists who know their way around pay-per-click advertising and are ready to scale brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating new Amazon advertising campaigns, ad creative and copy, and campaign testing.
- Daily, hands-on optimization of PPC campaigns to achieve the highest exposure at the lowest CPC.
- Perform keyword research, maintain keyword lists, and monitor for negative keywords.
- Maintain daily spending and overall campaign budget to prevent over/underspending.
- Make trial campaign adjustments and recommendations based on results.
- Analyze data and use it to optimize campaigns for improved performance.
- Manage and prioritize campaigns across different accounts simultaneously for our portfolio of brands.

Requirements:

Following the beehive principles of loyalty and hard work, we look for someone who understands that every client is a top priority. Our requirements are:

- Previous Pay-per-click experience (In Amazon or Google preferably, Meta is also an option).
- To think strategically when it comes to the bigger picture - take weeks ahead into consideration.
- Advanced Marketing knowledge and experience is considered an advantage.
- To be a dependable team player in our Advertisement department.
- To be eager to expand their skills and knowledge by attending courses.
- Need to communicate results and insights with account executives.
- Highly reliable and able to work independently.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong decision-making skills.
