Currently, we are looking for passionate and skilled SERVICE ENGINEER to join our team in Klaipeda and apply complex engineering knowledge in support of the services and projects, analysis of the technical products and/or services, to perform a variety of functions as related to Measurement products and systems: warranty services, start up, commissioning, training and after warranty service.

Specific job responsibilities:

-Become as knowledgeable as possible on Emerson measurement products (field devices of all types and kinds) and requirements for measurement in industries;
- Service of measurement systems at customer site (+remote technical support assistance);
- During the project phase, supervise installations,conduct startups, checkouts, commissioning, and relevant customer training courses;
- Selection of spare parts and participation in service offers preparation;
- Be first customer contact during warranty and after warranty services;
- Make troubleshooting of the problems, recommend solutions to customers complaints/problems;
- Participate in defining and performing acceptance tests;
- Proactive identify and communicate Customer’s potential problems, needs or requirements;
- Complete on time reports to keep management and cognizant customer representatives informed on project performance for Quality and timeliness of functioned performed.

Required qualifications and experience:

- Technical Degree (electrical/electronic, measurement, process industry (chemical, refining, oil&gas, power. etc);
- Experience with service and/or maintenance of field devices;
- Minimum 3 years experience in the process control industry;
- Start up and Commissioning Experience in the process automation, control performance;
- Very good interpersonal skills;
-Mature personality which is very much self-driven and self-motivated;
- Creative, driven to solution solving and alternative thinking;
- Resistant to stress and working under pressure of time;
- Willing to work in a team;
- Fluent in English Language – written, spoken, additional Russian language would be plus;
- Good computer skills;
- Possibility to travel to customer site within country and as well abroad traveling.

Siūlomas atlyginimas (bruto): Starting from 2500 Eur gross monthly salary.
