Your duties:

• Overall supervision of the designated portfolio of international clients.
• Drafting and participating in negotiations of various agreements - processing and drafting legal and corporate documents.
• Following changes in law in EU and other jurisdictions which may impact service delivery and ensure that international and/or industry specific legal requirements are met.
• Maintaining and developing multiple business relations with clients, third parties and other company's offices.
• Assisting Board members with migration or on boarding of clients from various jurisdictions.
• Administration of the corporate group structure, including incorporation, M&A, liquidation and on-going corporate matters for various legal entities in different jurisdictions.
• Providing guidance on various legal and regulatory matters, performing legal research for these matters.
• Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts.

Competence & qualifications:

• Possession of a distinguished academic background in law.
• A minimum of two years of proven experience in the realm of international corporate law.
• Proficiency in English at an exceptional level.
