The position of sales representative offers huge opportunities for growth and future advancement, our compensation plan includes base pay plus commission from every sale you make—plus a bonus opportunity. You'll focus on closing new corporate clients for GoTranscript. Starting on day 1, you'll receive hands-on, professional sales training and learn the core skills needed to be successful in the long term.

Key responsibilities

● Identify potential customers through online tools, calls, and emails.
● Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential and existing customers.
● Prepare regular sales reports and sales plans.
● Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer
preferences.
● Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
● Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer
loyalty.
● Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market
and gain consumer interest.

Requirements

● Self-starter with the ability to formulate a plan, follow through on the plan, and assess how to improve
● Strong drive and obsession with RESULTS
●2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales role
● Ability to occasionally contact clients at night
● FLUENT Spanish and English skills are a MUST

Siūlomas atlyginimas (neto): 1000-1500 eur/mon. net + additional sales bonus
