Order Specialist

We offer support to construction professionals throughout the construction process, from specification to delivery and maintenance of daylighting and ventilation solutions for industrial, commercial, and public buildings.

Today, VELUX Commercial in Klaipeda is looking for a committed and energetic ORDER SPECIALIST who has an interest in working with ERP systems like LN, SAP, and Navision, and supporting sales department.

Your tasks and challenges:

- You will become part of Supply Klaipeda.
- Take an active part in design solution and support the sales organisation.
- Ensure maintenance of Sales orders in SAP, LN and Navision
- Secure and control the correct entering of data into several ERP systems.
- Implement and use SAP solutions that support the business flows.

Your background:

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are motivated by working with processes, focus on day-to-day operations, have a structured way of working with high attention to details.

Important thing is that you have an open minded and optimistic mindset and can create good relationships with your colleagues and business partners.

In addition, you have:
- An education within the building business, production, or engineering.
- Experience with CAD drawing preferably.
- Experience with ERP systems and preferably SAP - however not a requirement.
- Flair for, and a natural interest in, automation and optimization of processes.
- Interest in working with details and a curiosity in understanding how things are connected.
- A good level in terms of speaking and writing English.
