Core responsibilities:

• Lead Procurement, Supply, and Logistics processes.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with suppliers (raw material, equipment) who align with our quality and cost standards (Lithuania and other countries).
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or operational efficiency. Conduct regular cost analyses and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs. Implement effective inventory control measures and systems.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate and optimize the transportation and distribution of goods, both inbound and outbound. Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of procurement and logistics specialists. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Compliance and Effective Processes: Product, production, and supplier audits. Participate in processes optimization using Lean tools and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

What are we looking for?

• Leadership, strategy development and management skills.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply or logistics and team management in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of international business, supply chain management, regulations, and procurement practices.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Team leadership, organisational, interpersonal, conflict management skills.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Knowledge of LEAN and quality management system (ISO 9001).
• IATF knowledge and basics in engineering would be an advantage.
