Our client - international company -  specializing into manufacturing of metal parts and assemblies for commercial vehicles and off-road equipment. Now we offer unique opportunity for PLANT/PRODUCTION MANAGER to participate in the development of the production company in Klaipeda.

Key responsibilities:

- Implementation and optimization of production processes.
- Analysis of production capacity and efficiency.
- Production flow planning.
- Management of production staff (~ 96 employees).
- Responsibility for the results.
- Analysis of production unit activities and reporting to management.

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering (preferably Technical field).
- At least 3 y experience in production as Manager.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leaderships skills to organize effectively the manufacturing arm of a company.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Responsibility, effective decision-making, the ability to quickly solve problems.
- B2 written and spoken technical English.
- Ability to work with Excel – analytical thinking.



Siūlomas atlyginimas (bruto): Starting from 4000 Eur gross monthly salary, meeting your skills and professional experience
