About us:

We are – a Norwegian company with subsidiaries delivering electrical installation material, LED lighting and accessories. Having our own factories enables us to manage our entire value chain from product development to commercial sales and ensures that our customers can rely on our products.

In Lithuania, we have a centre for sales and distribution of DIY and semi-professional products for Scandinavia and Europe markets. Also, in 2021 a new production line - Glob-El - was launched in FEZ industrial zone in Klaipeda and ensures us offering OEM and ODM manufacturing services on a global scale.

Core responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and current customers through regular communication (daily contacts, presentations, visits).
  • Help to find new sales leads, expanding company’s customer base and ensuring its strong presence in the European market.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brands.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly, promote new products.
  • Provide support to meet the client’s needs and ensure the excellent customer experience.
  • Act as the communication connection between a client and a business, ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent products.

We do expect from you:

  • Strong motivation to work in sales & account management.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management and technical background will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills, organizational ability and attention to details.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and possibility to travel in Europe.


Siūlomas atlyginimas (bruto): Starting from 2100 Eur gross monthly salary, meeting your skills and professional experience. The bonus system depending on the performance. Salary audit after 6/12 months.
