Our client is a rapidly growing USA construction company with 25 employees (Lithuanian owner). We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to oversee all compliance tasks, overview KPI's, hiring staff.
- Work hours (3 pm - 10 pm).

- Compliance management tasks/scoring. Customer contact, inspection, estimate upload times; Job completion times; Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Score.
- Hiring/training new staff.
- Expanding new subcontractor network.
- Periodic site visits and meetings with US staff, subcontractors.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
